Key skills include eForms design and data exchange, XML/XSL/SOAP, eDM architecture and integration, document and data security, process automation, paper capture, high volume document generation. Implementation projects are normally quoted on fixed price contracts to give you assurance of the total time and costs before committing to a project.
Training 
Key to the success of any IT project is the appropriate and effective training of the clients’ IT/MIS staff who will have to control and maintain the system and, where applicable, the users of the system to ensure that they are confident and happy using it. We taylor every training course to the specific implementation of the system for the individual clients solution, including client system specific examples and ‘technical skills transfer’ to enable our clients’ IT/MIS staff to fully take ownership of the final solution.
