xFormServer makes PDF form processing and data capture fast, easy and economical.

You can design your own forms using the Adobe LiveCycle form designer, or design them as AcroForms using Adobe Acrobat or many 3rd party pdf form design tools. Alternatively you can use our expertise to design your forms for you.

When your users submit the forms to the xFormServer server they will instantly get back a secure, encrypted, PDF copy of their completed forms; either as a file download, or as an eMail attachment, or both; it is up to you how you want the completed forms delivered back to your users.

Alternatively the user can chose to save their part filled form via a secure xFormServer user login, and then return and complete it later.

xFormServer saves the submitted forms in your own secure SSL FTP form folders; and saves their data either as XML data files, or automatically converts each form submission into a SQL database record.

Your forms do not need to be Reader Extended for your users to submit and save a copy of their completed forms.

You do not need to setup any web services or database connections and tables. xFormServer can do it all automatically.You can concentrate managing the returned forms and the data extracted from them.

xFormServer is compatible with the new LiveCycle Designer Dynamic PDF forms, as well as the traditional PDF AcroForms. And can process over 1 million form submissions per day - so you don't need to worry about capacity or scalablity.

You can publish your forms on your own web site and have them completed on-line. Or distribute them as PDF files and let your users complete them off-line, then submit their information to your xFS server when convenient. More...
